Toronto-bred Melissa Bel’s album, In The Light, is out on Friday, November 4 and is now up on iTunes for pre-order. Melissa Bel can been seen live at the launch party for that very album on Wednesday, November 2 at Exeter Castle. Furthermore, single, “Dirty Word”, comes out Friday, October 21.
The singer grew up listening to various genres and is an avid fan of the likes of Stevie Wonder, Aretha Franklin, Christina Aguilera and many more. Input, both creative and production-wise, comes from producer and songwriter, Justin Gray, who has worked with the likes of Joss Stone, John Legend and Amy Winehouse.
