Corey Regensburg is Moon Bounce, and the musician, of Philadelphia, has released his latest track, “Wingman”, via London based label Activia Benz.
The echoing sound of the track gets louder and louder until it kicks off proper. It is definitely funky, though perhaps not in the traditional sense. It is the underlying rhythm, and not the melody, that would make those on the dancefloor want to move.
Though quite a short track, it changes up quite a lot towards the end, and so the listener is left relatively satisfied, despite its brevity. The vocals are also a tad odd, but suit the track well.
