Netflix Races Ahead Of Competitors Amazon Prime and Sky As 5 Million More Households Subscribe | TV News
Netflix is going from strength to strength, and it isn’t even half way through 2016, with 1.4 million people joining the streaming site last year to watch hits like House of Cards.
The rise was a 10 % increase from 2014, putting Netflix far head of competitors like Amazon’s Prime Instant Video or Sky’s Now TV, continuing to grow faster than any other of the services, the prior seeing some growth but not on the same scale s Netflix.
The report from TV ratings firm Barb said:
“Netflix is by some margin the market leader and its growth continues to easily outpace the other services.”
