New Images Emerge From ‘Assassins Creed’ Film And They Look Very Promising | Film News
The Silent Hill franchise is one of the hallmarks of the success that video games have had as film adaptations, the Assassins Creed film showing similar signs in the new images emerging from the production.
There are some changes from the game though, Micheal Fassbender starring as 15th Century assassin Aguilar, the images showing the actor in a prison cell. Whilst the success of the film has yet to be seen, the official synopsis released by the studio behind the film sounds very promising:
“Through a revolutionary technology that unlocks his genetic memories, Callum Lynch (Michael Fassbender) experiences the adventures of his ancestor, Aguilar, in 15th Century Spain. Callum discovers he is descended from a mysterious secret society, the Assassins, and amasses incredible knowledge and skills to take on the oppressive and powerful Templar organization in the present day”.
