New Trailer Of ‘Avengers: Infinity War’ Is Out | Film Trailer
Possibly the final trailer of the massive superhero film Avengers: Infinity War has been released today. Nearly all of the characters from eighteen previous Marvel films are joining forces to battle against the villainous Thanos, portrayed by Josh Brolin.
The huge bunch of Avengers are not able to fight him alone, so the comical gang of Guardians Of The Galaxy are arriving to the Earth for the first time. This second trailer reveals more details of their preparation and some more of the impressive scenes of the ultimate war.
So… who is this big bad dude Thanos? He was already teased in a couple of Marvel films previously, mostly only in post-credit scenes, except the one time in Guardians Of The Galaxy, where he was introduced as an adoptive father of Gamora (Zoe Saldana) and Nebula (Karen Gillan).
Simply said, he has come from Titan planet to Earth, with a goal to collect all 6 Infinity Stones and become unstoppable. “The entire time I knew him, he only ever had one goal – to wipe out half the universe,” says Saldana’s green-faced character to the confused Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.) in the trailer.
Avengers: Infinity War and its planned sequel, the untitled Avengers 4, are supposed to be the culmination of MCU. Brothers Anthony and Joe Russo, directing both of the films, have previously “warmed-up” while working on 2016 Captain America: Civil War, which also featured quite a number of characters. The events in the newest film, coming on April 27, are set 2-3 years after the Civil War.
