New TV Spot For Christopher Nolan’s Sci-Fi ‘Interstellar’ | Film Trailer

 

Jam packed with suspense, Christopher Nolan’s highly anticipated sci-fi movie Interstellar has received an Australian TV spot this week, and despite previous trailers released, its narrative has remained rather ambiguous, but this snappy one-minute teaser opens up new plot revelations that are bound get you hyped up. Starring Matthew McConaughey, Anne Hathaway, Casey Affleck and Jessica Chastain, Interstellar follows a group of individuals who use a wormhole to exceed the restraints of human space travel.

 

The teaser starts out with some really stunning shots which illustrate the film’s great cinematography. Cutting straight to the action, it is revealed McConaughey’s character ‘Coop’ will embark on a mission to another planet in order to save humanity. Learning that one hour on this planet is equivalent to seven years on earth, anxieties begin to take over as he worries he will not be able to save the people on earth in this imperative time scale. The wonderfully dramatic music really sets the tone for the whole film and becomes quite moving as Coop says goodbye to his doting children.

 

Nolan is renowned for directing Inception and The Dark Knight, and Interstellar looks like a great addition to his filmography. You can expect exceptional performances and lots of thrills so get ready for lift off as the film is set for release in the UK on November 7!
