Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds – Fort Knox | New Music

The English rock band, Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds, formed in 2010 as the solo project of former Oasis lead guitarist/songwriter Noel Gallagher have just dropped off a new single entitled “Fort Knox” taken from their upcoming album Who Built the Moon?.

This single follows the previews one “Holy Mountain” and takes inspiration from Kanye West track “The Power“. Indeed, Noel explains “It was the last track finished on the last day in the studio. It started from a conversation talking about the Kanye West track ‘The Power’. The singer, Y-See, had never even heard the track and she started to do this vocal over it and it was like: fucking hell! It all just fell in to place“.

The track will be available as an instant grat on iTunes with pre-orders of the album and Who Built The Moon? is set for release on Friday 24 November 2017 on Sour Mash.
