Paul Simonon Early Birthday Celebration With Supergroup Gig | Music News
Paul Simonon, bassist of the iconic English band Clash, will turn 60 on Tuesday (December 15) but he decided to celebrate his milestone birthday earlier this Sunday (December 13). Part of the celebration plans included a gig with a one-off supergroup of musicians such as Noel Gallagher, Damon Albarn, Chrissie Hynde, Zak Starkey (Ringo Starr‘s son) and others. The group performed covers including the 2005 Gorillaz hit Dare and Clash’s I Fought The Law.
