Prawn – North Lynx | New Music

“North Lynx” is the new single from Prawn, the song is part of their upcoming album titled Run out on September 22 via Topshelf Records.

The song takes its influence from post-rock and punk, the track has a rich full accompaniment that complements the vocal track perfectly. Guitar solo and drums are amazing. The lyrics are interesting and original. The vocal performance is not memorable, slightly out-of-tune.

Speaking about the inspiration behind “North Lynx” Tony Clark, the singer, said, “I grasped onto the fact that we’re always going to feel alienated or isolated one way or another in our relations. I think we all want to be good people and contribute good to the world even if were all a little fucked up”.

The band will perform live all over Europe later this year, and the first of the British date will be in Brighton on December 12. While we wait for the full album, listen to “North Lynx” below.
