PUMA Injects Italian Flag Into Its Newest Thunder Spectra Colourway | Fashion News

Puma returns for this season with a new edition of its Thunder Spectra model with a brand new colourway featuring the popular Italian colours; red, white and green. The highly-coveted silhouette also pays homage to Puma’s past collaboration with Alexander McQueen.

The Puma Thunder Spectra is a retro-inspired lifestyle silhouette originally introduced in April 2018. Featuring bold color blocking, a mixture of materials from mesh to leather, and a chunky silhouette perfectly in line with 2018’s immensely popular “dad shoe” trend, the Thunder Spectra pushes Puma’s classic lifestyle footwear in a bold new direction.

The shoe just released has a colour palette of cream and white dressing the upper mesh, mixed with suede and leather construction. The upper cream is contrasted with red colour added to the mid-section of the midsole, while green accent wraps around the bottom section of the heel. The overall look of this model is completed with the minimal “Puma” branding on the heel and tongue tabs.

The Puma Thunder Spectra is a perfectly on-trend lifestyle silhouette for the current footwear market and this homage to the Italian flag offers flashes of Gucci-inspired styling. They are available to purchase now for £110 GBP (approximately $145 USD) over at JD Sports. Check out the details of the new Puma Thunder Spectra model below.
