SafeNath Shares Emphatic UK Rap Track ‘Sky Blue’ | Music News

A brand new artist from Essex named SafeNath has just dropped a brand new single titled “Sky Blue” from his EP project, with a music video that goes with it. The video sees SafeNath going strong and with his friends and the vibe is immaculate, over the Tyegreen-produced track.

On the new single “Sky Blue”, SafeNath flows effortlessly over a smooth Tyegreen production, which has electronic sounds as well as a lot of bass beats that make it energetic with Nath’s voice. All along the single, his rapping doesn’t flinch a bit, while he keeps a harmonious flow.

“Sky Blue” is speaking about moving on from a local area and trying to broaden horizons. SafeNath explains how this title came to him in an easy and meaningful way: “The name “Sky Blue” came from a spot me and my boys used to chill at whilst growing up in Chelmsford. I think being one of the youngest in my group made me grow up quick and this track resembles that child-like ignorance and enjoyment of nightlife at first“.

The video opens like a movie with SafeNath and his group with their team t-shirt in what seems like a bowling club. All with sky blue t-shirts which obviously refers to the title, the video captures the team playing a game of bowling, as well as playing in the kid’s area of the very retro bowling alley. The visuals bring this rap song to life as it captures having a nice time with some of your trusted people.

SafeNath mixes different music styles and different vibes to get his sounds and has been able to get a music style crossing UK hip-hop, trap and drill. He has had support from Annie Mac on Radio 1, as well as Played Rock City, Brixton Academy, 02 Academy Bristol as part of his tour with Ratboy in 2018.

SafeNath is an artist to look out for in the next months and years, and with a strong musical background, he has the right influences to make a real name in the UK industry. If he continues to develop his unique flow, his forthcoming project could be a real success and not only in the UK.
