Scarlett Johansson and Morgan Freeman star in the trailer for the action film Lucy. Johansson plays Lucy a woman who lives in Taipei in Taiwan, she inhabits a world run by the mob, where gangsters, drug addicts and gangs run rampant. She is kidnapped by a gang and forced to act as a drug mule in a business operation.
After Lucy is repeatedly beaten, the drug accidentally leaks into her blood giving her superhuman powers as she can access 100% of her brain power. Some of her abilities include not feeling pain, moving objects with her mind and absorbing information instantly. Freeman plays Professor Norman who has a vast knowledge of the human brain and who Lucy confides in about the drug in her body. Lucy will be in UK cinemas on August 22, 2014.
