Sky To Launch Free Sports Channel Sky Sports Mix | TV News
It seems TV Channels are launching by the dozen recently, Sky announcing it is to launch a new TV Channel that will make live footie matches – from the Premier League to the others, there are so many that I forget – available to non-sports subscribers for the first time.
Named Sky Sports Mix, it is aimed at encouraging a larger amount of the broadcaster’s millions of subscribers to add its sport packages to their monthly plans. Sky Sports Managing Director Barney Francis commented: “It is a fantastic way for all Sky customers to be able to enjoy some of the great content that has made Sky Sports the first choice for sport. Our aim is to offer sport in a way that can engage, encourage and excite everyone even further”.
