Solange performed at FYF festival in Los Angeles last night (August 24). Alongside Devonté Hynes from Blood Orange, Moses Sumney, and KING, she did a cover of Nina Simone’s ‘To Be Young, Gifted and Black’. She has shared footage of the musicians rehearsing for the cover which you can watch below. She commented on covering the song:
