It seems like extra measure is being taken to secure information regarding the upcoming Sci-Fi sequel. According to a report made by Making Star Wars, a team has been formed in order to combat spies seeking to take photos and footage of the shoot currently being conducted in Croatia.

Drones will be put in place in order to counteract intruding drones within the location, and there will also be 600 guards taking precaution on land. Theses measures have been put into place following issues faced by crew during the filming of The Force Awakens, in which they tried to prevent fans and members of the media from taking footage of the set.

Star Wars Episode VIII has recently begun its production, and is slated for release in December 2017
