Stephen Fry Joins Cast Of ‘The Great Outdoors’ | TV News
Joel McHale and Stephen Fry in the same room together – god how the sparks will fly. The British National Treasure and veteran comedian is making his latest venture into US TV following roles in US Series’ Bones and 24: Live Another Day, being cast in the pilot for The Great Indoors.
The sitcom focuses on McHale’s character running the digital department of Stephen Fry’s – who plays the founder of the magazine – adventure magazine The Great Outdoors. The pilot also stars Superbad’s Christopher Mintz-Plasse, the script is written by Mike Gibbons, and Andy Ackerman will be directing the pilot.
