Steve Gunn – Conditions Wild | Music Video
Steve Gunn first made a name for himself as the guitarist for the Kurt Vile band, The Violators. He has spent the last few years carving out an impressive solo career. His music is described as a breezy, deconstructed form of folk rock. Matador Records will be releasing his forthcoming album, Eyes On The Lines, on Friday, June 3.
Gunn has shared the audio and video for lead single, “Conditions Wild”. It is quite a whimsical and brooding track. The middle section has guitar melodies that are quite uplifting. The visuals basically follow the concept that the track is the title of a book, one which submerges the viewer into a two dimensional world that is anything but unimaginative.
