Taylor Swift, the pop queen of producing memorable music that makes you want to jump up and randomly start dancing, hits the front cover of Vogue Magazine’s May 2016 issue. And it is nothing like you’ve seen before.
Known for her simplistic, yet sophisticated look, the 26-year-old singer has stepped it up a notch. As she takes on the role of model for the day once again for Vogue Magazine. This will be the third time the star has appeared on the front cover of the iconic magazine.
Clearly Vogue can’t get enough of the singer which is evident from images of the singer. “I’m thrilled that it’s Taylor Swift, who’s my co-chair this year at the Met Gala”, Vogue‘s editor Anna Wintour stated during an appearance on the Today show, as she revealed the latest Vogue cover to the public live. Wintour added, “and we very much wanted to give Taylor a new look, make her into a sort of a rock n’ roll chick”.
Taylor has definitely out done herself as she rocked the front cover with a pair of sky-high, platform Vetements boots and topped it with a Saint Laurent mini sparkly dress by Hedi Slimane. At times, there’s little rock and roll goddess in us all just lurking, and waiting for the right time to attack. Taylor has definitely let her rock side come out to play, that’s for certain…
