Tegan And Sara have released the colourful, animated video for “U-turn”. With its bold colours and outlines, it has a retro 80’s or early 90’s feel that is hard to look away from. The use of traffic signs, a road, and a bright yellow car are suitable due to the track title but, bottom line, the visuals are great and the piece as a whole has replay value.
This video follows hot on the heels of the one for “Boyfriend” which was uploaded at the end of April. Both songs come from Tegan And Sara’s upcoming June release Love Me To Death.
