Teyana Taylor is back with good pal Chris Brown for new track “Freak On”, after teaming up in “Do Not Disturb” back in 2014 for Teyana’s album VII.
Sampling Adina Howard’s iconic dance hit “Freak Like Me”, this new DJ Mustard produced version adds a touch of sexy to the original 1995 classic, as the G.O.O.D Music singer clearly shows us that motherhood has not taken away her sexy.
The sultry number recycles Howard’s hook, “I will be your freak all through the day until the dawn”, alongside a smoother, faster beat, and much more explicit lyrical content, as expected. Although the song previewed back in November, Taylor posted a link to the full track on Twitter after it was shared by the Los Angeles Leakers. Take a listen to “Freak On” below.
