Apprentice hopeful Scott Saunders has reportedly quit the BBC show following an “attack” from Lord Sugar and his advisors Karen Brady and Claude Littner according to The Sun. A source told the tabloid that Sugar made “him look totally inept, idiotic and useless as a businessman“.

The source continued to state that although Saunders was “prepared to take criticism“, the attack “felt personal and vicious“. The 27 year-old then apparently said to the panel “Thank you for the opportunity, but I quit“. The Apprentice is on BBC One this Wednesday at 9pm.
