‘The Graduate’ Director Mike Nichols Dies Aged 83 | Film News
Comic, writer and film director Mike Nichols has passed away at the age of 83. He was born in Germany but later became part of the American establishment. He was much appreciated by all of who he worked with, which included stars like Julia Roberts and Meryl Streep. His work includes film adaptations of Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf, which starred Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton. He was also the director of the classic film The Graduate starring Dustin Hoffman, in what was Hoffman’s breakthrough role.
