At the end of 2014, The Libertines signed a new record deal and announced intentions for a new studio album. They recently performed a surprise Glastonbury set in which they performed their new track which they debuted last week called “Gunga Gin”, and a very rare song called “Handsome”, however an NME reader has pointed out that “Handsome” isn’t a new track, but a rare Pete Doherty solo that is barely ever performed.
