Los Angeles band, The Molochs, are gearing up for a stop in Austin, Texas for festival, SXSW 2017. Album, America’s Velvet Glory, came out January 13, and now there is an upcoming EP (March 3), titled AVG Sessions, a track from which, “Come Softly With Your Hidden Spoon”, was released today and can be heard below.
The band’s Lucas Fitzsimons comments; “Hidden Spoon is about revolutionaries imprisoning and executing their King in Paris in 1793. it’s just a good story and can apply to any period of time. The song is a vivid ballad.. something that can bring the story to life in someone’s head”.
