VanJess – Through Enough | Music Video
R&B sister duo VanJess have finally released the visuals for the hugely anticipated and GoldLink-assisted “Through Enough“. The duo have seriously taken to making original music after acquiring some fame through their numerous YouTube covers but this is only their second music video after “Touch The Floor” with Masego.
Directed by Topshelf Junior, The video is a vibrant expression of independence complete with ’90s throwbacks with all the outfit stylings to match. It’s a fun new video which sees the duo just getting together with friends and having a good time. A GoldLink verse but no cameo is definitely welcomed and not at all out of place.
Speaking about the song, they told Complex: “It’s a song we wrote about dealing with so many bad relationships that you’re scared to start something new and get your heartbroken again. And that’s a feeling a lot of people can relate to.”
With an EP soon to be released and a supporting slot for Little Simz‘ Welcome To Wonderland festival this March at The RoundHouse, the R&B sisters from California are ready to take 2018 as theirs. Watch the new video below.
