Velcro Patches Make A Return With Nike’s “Hot Air” Pack | Fashion News
While Adidas and their Yeezy collaboration have dominated sneaker news this past year, Nike have not been trailing too far behind, making some noise with their retro efforts and their huge collaboration with Virgil Abloh and the Off White brand. But Nike pushes on for the new year, giving a first look into their new “Hot Air” Pack.
A number of Nike‘s classic Air Max silhouettes are coming together in the brand’s latest pack, which will feature the iconic Air Max 90 as well as the Air Max 95, and Air Max 97 Ultra ’17. Velcro patches are making a long-awaited return with this pack as Nike includes 15 interchangeable patches, with the idea of the wearer custom arranging them as they please on the felt areas of each shoe including on the tongue.
The new pack will feature in an unique color palette of black, olive and bright orange, which gives the Winter release a Fall-like look.
Take a look at the first pictures below and keep your eyes peeled for the release date, expected to be sometime in February 2018.
