Celebrated rapper, Vince Staples, has revealed the details on the highly awaited follow up to last year’s Summertime 06, and it is arriving Friday, August 26 in the form of the Prima Donna EP. Including collaborators such as A$AP Rocky, Kilo Kish and James Blake, the 6 track project is exciting to say the least. Producers NO I.D and DJ Dahl return from Summertime 06, with James Blake also receiving production credits.
Also announced with the EP’s release is a short film directed by Nabil, known for his work directing Kanye West visuals. The EP is available for pre-order from his website from August 19, with 5000 signed copies to be sold.
