M. Night Shyamalan‘s new television series Wayward Pines premieres this May and in its anticipation, Fox has released a brand new creepy trailer. With Matt Dillon at its center, the show revolves around a U.S Secret Service agent who’s sent to Wayward Pines to investigate the disappearance of two federal agents. When he arrives, he fears this quaint Northwestern town isn’t quite as it seems.
Based on the novel Pines by Blake Crouch, the show has been developed by Chad Hodge and boasts an impressive cast including Juliette Lewis, Melissa Leo, Terrence Howard, Toby Jones, Carla Gugino and Shannyn Sossamon. The trailer is pretty cool with a real eerie tone that, despite feeling a little dated, is intriguing enough to get me interested. Take a look and see what you think!
