Watch First Trailer For ‘Paranormal Activity: The Ghost Dimension’ | Film Trailer

The Paranormal Activity series continues to grow in quantity with its sixth installment, The Ghost Dimension, releasing its first official trailer. The found-footage ghost horror series has been a huge financial success since the innovative first was unveiled in 2009, but since this landmark, many feel that the films are becoming worse and worse in terms of quality. Although, if they continue to earn the huge profits they are making, why would Paramount Pictures ever stop making them?

The film will follow supernatural occurrences that take place in a newly moved family’s home in Palo Alto, California. The family consists of four members including Ryan (Chris J. Murray), a game developer, Ryan’s wife Emily (Brit Shaw), a stay-at-home mom described as “more serious than her young husband — she’s constantly on the go, does yoga, and though loving, has an air of maturity about her“, their 6-year old daughter Leila (Ivy George), described as “a fearless, opinionated tomboy“, and Ryan’s younger brother described as a “less fit, less funky version of his brother“; it’ll also star the reoccurring Katie Featherston, who has appeared in every single official Paranormal Activity so far. The found-footage horror flick is scheduled to be released October 23 (USA).
