The finance management app Expensify has released a music video to promote their campaign and features the rapper 2 Chainz and comedian Adam Scott.
The visual opens with Scott who portrays the head of finance for a record label and tells Tity Boi and the team to save their receipts. The scene is then followed by the single titled “Expensify This”. 2 Chainz appears and shows off his expensive and rich lifestyle. Everything is made of gold, including his chains, rings, and watch.
The idea of the music video is to advertise the company’s new campaign Expensify This developed by JohnXHannes. Consumers are able to scan their receipts using the app in order to keep track of their expenses. Whoever gives it a try has a chance to win some cash.
A 30-second advertisement will be released and shown for the first time on Super Bowl Sunday.
2 Chainz shared his thoughts on the project: “So much creativity and collaboration went into making this video. It was really over the top and a lot of fun. I’m excited to be in the ‘Expensify Super Bowl’ campaign and can’t wait for everyone to see the spot”.
