Out of the Maze and into the Blaze. Well out of the maze, into a big powerful organisation facility and then into the blaze, which is referred to as ‘The Scorch’. All very interesting stuff I know. The new trailer for Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials begins with a quick showreel, what is this showreel of, you may ask? Well it’s a highlight reel of itself, so if you can’t be bothered to watch the whole trailer just watch the first 7 seconds and you should be fine.
If you do however decide to watch the trailer in full, there are loads of juicy tidbits to get you going. The trailer hints that we’ll get to find out a bit more about the maze: what, how and why should all hopefully be answered, if the trailer is anything to go by.
Dylan O’Brien is back as Thomas, who – along with his fellow Gladers – has to navigate the complex organisation that is WCKD. On their search for answers, they find themselves in the abandoned wasteland that is the Scorch, and like the maze the obstacles will be endless, and if that isn’t bad enough, WCKD will be on their tail the whole time. Excited yet? Well the film hits UK cinemas in September, but if you cant wait that long, have a cheeky look below:
