Balcony are an international proposition. The four piece band draw upon three different continents, but the group now call London home. Fusing their backgrounds and influences into one seamless whole, Balcony are responsible for some pretty potent pop music. Dreamy melodies re-cast in an electronic setting, the band are definitely ones to watch.
New cut, “Satisfied”, begins spaced out, really building up for when the band proper begin. Rich vocals mix percussion to build the passion within those words. The levels drop before the driving rocker kicks off proper, an excellent show of band dynamics. The bass then gets beautifully busy and melodic. The hi-fat action also conveys urgency and drama.
