South African-born and Berlin-based producer, MUZI, has not long shared his latest single, “Ukusa”, invoking the Zulu tribe spirit. Now comes news of the album of which the song appears off of, his debut album, Boom Shaka, out this Friday (September 2). This is on his own label WE.THE.BUNDU, via !K7.
Recent release, Fire FX EP, drew the attention of industry heavy hitters Mad Decent, Foreign Beggars, OWSLA, Rinse FM and many more. What is more, title track, “Fire (VIP)” can be found on the soundtrack to Generation Revolution, a British documentary which explores Black and Asian activism in London.
