Kathryn Williams, this great folk artist who is talented, emotive and ethereal in her vocals has teamed up this time with another great jazz musician, Antony Kerr, and by working for six years they have finally created an astonishing album, entitled Resonator, and it’s full of remakes of great jazz classic songs.
This time they released their remake of “Autumn Leaves” which was interpretated before by great all-time classic music artists like Frank Sinatra, Edith Piaf and Doris Day among others, so as you can imagine it had to be glossed over with delicate treatment so that the outcome would be respectable and rich with its vintage attitude but also with fresh aesthetics in it.
