Ralph Taylor, the young musician honing his craft at BIMM London has released his brand new track “Limit” this New Music Friday. At just 18, Taylor shows real maturity on his track, as it tells the story of a testing relationship continuing to break down as they lose the feelings that were once there.
Ralph has without doubt stepped away from the traditional and stereotypical singer-songwriter sound, the whole vibe is both soulful and uplifting with his laid-back and easy-listening vocals complimenting the groovy and infectious guitar riff.
Released at a perfect time of year, it’s festival friendly with hints of Jazz influences sprinkled throughout. Electronic elements in the track make it current and modernises an often saturated genre and it certainly follows inspiration from the talented Tom Misch and Rhys Lewis.
