Bright new Bristol DJ/Production duo Adam Englefield & Jacob Manson, aka Blonde have a brand new tune out entitled “Higher Ground” which comes with a fresh new music video. The single will be released on August the 10th on FFRR.
Adam and Jacob met online through Adam’s ever populating YouTube channel Eton Messy and have been creating music together ever since. They have already hit number 1 at Hypem, gathered an astonishing 1.5 million plays at Sound Cloud, earned a playlist on BBC 1Xtra, and had countless plays on BBC Radio 1 for their last tune “Foolish”.
Now they are back with their stripped back, bubbly single “Higher Ground” which showcases their piano led House sound, filled with blissful summer character, and not to forget the beautiful soulful vocals from Liverpool singer-songwriter Charli Taft. If you thought your playlist for summer was full, well then you better make some room because “Higher Ground” is bursting with summer flavour and without doubt should be hitting all of our playlists to ensure the atmosphere for this sought after season is complete.
Blonde will not just be joining us this summer by hitting our playlists, as the Bristolian duo are preparing for an extremely hectic line up of festival gigs, including Glastonbury, Wireless, Global Gathering, Secret Garden Party, Creamfields, Bestival and more.
