22 years old pop songstress Charlotte Black has released, just a few days ago, the music video for her new single entitled “All Over You“.
This track joins a bitter sweet trilogy of single releases which include her debut single “SYCL” (Someone You Couldn’t Love). All these songs are the Scottish artist’s introspective reflections about modern love and the difficulty to find love in our day.
“It’s so common for us to be magnetically drawn to those who are not good for us”. What distinguishes this artist is her unapologetic honesty about her thoughts in how dating really feels in 2017 and we can see that in the lyrics of her songs.
In this new track Charlotte bares her newly mended heart, but at the same time, she shows how hard it is to moving on. According to the singer, sometimes what could appear as love turns out to be a lesson that can help you the next time.
In the music video, set in hazy, sun soaked LA, Charlotte is going to begin a new relationship. She is not scared, because she knows that it could work or not, but she doesn’t care because she is focusing on how it feels. “I wanted to capture a dreamy yet fasted paced video that represents exciting and fresh summer love. I’m a huge sun baby myself, so filming out there was a dream come true“.
This young and emerging singer has been already championed by UMA Music and The Best Of British Unsigned Music Awards, where she was nominated for Best Female Artist reaching the top 10 out of 2000. She is not stopping with her music career, indeed next month she will be back in LA where she will start writing and and taking part in collaborating sessions with other artist and producers.
