With his first release since his acclaimed EP Game Over, Dave (aka Santan Dave) keeps it honest with his latest single “Hangman“. Accompanying the single is a new visual that keeps things clean and simple, courtesy of directors LX and Jeaniq.
Dave uses a minimalistic piano beat in order to ‘clear the air’ on a range of different subjects; similar in theme to his previous video for “Question Time“. In poignant fashion and surrounded by boys on the street, he speaks on his controversial tweets, knife crime in light of the murder of Harry Uzoka and the overall state of urban life in London.
Dave is at his lyrical best once again on the new joint and the no thrills, continuous shot-esque video really drives home all of his thoughts. Catch the video below.
