Having endured a long battle with his former label, Australian polymath Vancouver Sleep Clinic returns much stronger and in the best fashion, with a brand new captivating single “Mercy“, and it’s hosts a stellar feature with one of the hottest up and coming rappers right now in Toronto’s own Ebhoni.
The icy vocals of Vancouver Sleep Clinic are juxtaposed quite craftily with the trippy flow of Ebhoni, ultimately serving as a stellar offering from the artist, who is only 21 years of age. It’s a luscious R&B cut which swells to the brim with beautifully manipulated synths and brooding percussion and the result is simply entrancing.
Having picked up heavy support from tastemakers and racked up millions of streams across his recent EP Therapy Phase 1, VSC has spent the past months touring, playing shows in Asia with Tom Misch and in the US with Kasbo.
