3sixteen is a denim company founded over a decade ago, in 2009, in New York. The first pair of jeans was the SL-100x and the brand worked directly with the producer in Japan. The goal is to develop a custom denim designed to resist everything. All materials used in the clothes are selected to reach a high quality.
The company has a guiding philosophy: their shirts, jackets, basics and accessories all take cues in form and function from the jeans they have created.
The fabrics are chosen for their capacity to develop character with time. Indeed, clothes should look ‘aged’ but never ‘old’.
For the Spring/Summer 2019 season, the brand is back with some outerwear and apparel. In the collection you will be able to find cozy silhouettes made of textiles that perform well in warmer weather, such as rayon fabric on Japan-made shirtings. The New York label also created some reversible bombers, aloha button-downs and leisure shirts with Italian spread collars.
