After releasing his latest album Glory Sound Prep back in November, Jon Bellion has finally shared the long-anticipated but stunning music video for one of the album’s standout tracks “Stupid Deep“.
The New York-based artist partnered with director Daniel Brown to create a dystopian narrative which sees Bellion as a brave, decorated explorer on some sort of self-discovery mission that is set at sea. Clearly taking inspiration cues from myths and legends of time before, our protagonist soon becomes submerged into the sea after reaching for a mysterious sword arising from the waters.
The song in itself is captivating and the visuals only add to the atmosphere, as we watch Jon singing from the depths of the waters.
This new video comes as Bellion is preparing to hit the road later this spring, for an extensive North American amphitheater tour starting June 12 in Philadelphia.
