Welsh songbird Hannah Grace has released her new single, “Different Kind Of Love“, the latest track to be taken from her upcoming EP, The Bed You Made, out May 10.
The new single opens with subtle piano and strings set against emotive vocals and touching lyricism. Building through passionate verses, we ascend into a stunning chorus imbued with emotion and stirring choral crescendos. The track follows the release of the title track of the EP last month and her previous single “With You“, currently on the Radio 2 playlist.
“‘Different Kind Of Love’ is about feeling that you have unique friendship or relationship, where you feel no one understands you like that person,” explains Hannah. “It’s about feeling accepted for being completely you with no compromise.”
With this new EP, we can expect amazing vocal ability set to the canvas of minimalist musicality. Stripped production is the key to making Hannah’s lyrical talent really shine through. And that is the key to expertly crafted music that not only is timeless, but touches the soul.
Hannah has been consistently proving her worth with two stellar EP’s – 2014’s Meant To Be Kind and 2016’s Mustang. Jazz/Soul lovers and Pop lovers alike have taken to her sounds, seen with the widespread success with her cover of Fatboy Slim’s “Praise You” in 2017. Not to mention the huge acclaim with her stunning original ballad “Oh River” last year.
With an arsenal of talent and ability combined with her natural emotive flair, 2019 looks set to be the year that Hannah emerges boldly into mainstream awareness.
