New face of the ‘Afro-fusion’ sound D’Nyra unveils the video to his hot new single “Dormot”, the leading single from his new EP Star Signs, officially out now.
In equal parts tropical and sensual, D’Nyra brings a contemporary vibe to “Dormot”. To the sounds of saxophones and real afro-inspired rhythms, he decorates the track with his luxurious vocals, culminating in an ultimately feel-good record. It’s a transcendent record and the visuals emphasise this, sweeping with its fabled love story.
Having written countless tracks for well known talent like Tiwa Savage and Tekno, D’Nyra shows out as an artist of his own. He started his musical journey in 2016, inspired by the likes of Fela Kuti, 2Face and Jay Z, releasing his first single “Fila Mi Da” and has not showed any signs of slowing down since.
