Among the many promising artists emerging from the Swedish indie-rock scene, Frank Follows, an up-and-coming band, is about to make waves with the release of their latest single, “Animals“, as part of their highly anticipated new EP.
The trio, consisting of lead singer and guitarist Adrian Berhardson, guitarist Mans Ekholm, and keyboardist/producer Olof Victor, first met at the Royal Academy of Music in Stockholm and have been creating music together ever since.
Their previous releases, “Flight Thoughts”, which was realised in 2023. Become the changing point for the group as they started to be recognised of their talents in the world of the indie-rock scene in Sweden.
Another changing point would be of the track, “Hey”, which gained significant attention, with the track becoming a hit on Spotify charts in various US cities.
“Animals” captures the internal conflict between reason and instinct”, according to Adrian, the co-writer and vocalist. He describes the song as being about “someone who brings out the animal in you.”
With the EP set for release in early 2025, Frank Follows is gearing up for a pivotal year. Will likely solidify their presence not only in the Swedish music scene but also on a global scale. Their previous work has already caught the attention of indie music enthusiasts, and this new project is expected to take them to new heights.
