New York City based label Elie Tahari is set to launch a collection of active-wear line, Elie Tahari Sport, in spring 2015. The Israeli-born designer has stepped away from creating luxury fashion to focus on this specific sub-line, a collection of 25 affordable pieces priced between $68 and $350. In a recent interview, Tahari talked about the consumer of his new line, saying, “today’s woman is busier than ever, and Elie Tahari Sport is a continuation of our lifestyle brand offering weekend alternatives to traditional gym wear or jeans“. The collection will focus on premium sports fabrics and will be available to pre-order from www.elietahari.com from the 5th of January.
