Placebo’s 2015 tour kicks of this month, just as drummer Steve Forrest has left the band. After almost 7 years in the band, Steve Forrest has quit due to wanting to focus on his solo career. The band has described the split as ‘amicable’. Matt Lunn will step in as Steve’s replacement and many fans may recognize him as his old band Colour of Fire has toured with Placebo in the past. Matt Lunn will be the band’s fourth drummer since they formed in 1994. The band’s tour begins on the 25th February in The Olympia in Dublin, and comes to a close at the end of March in London.
