Still Alice actress and fashion muse Kristen Stewart’s latest campaign for French fashion house Chanel has been revealed. After modelling for the luxury label in the past, earlier this year starring alongside Vanessa Paradis and Alice Dellal, Stewart returns to front the new eyewear campaign.
The glasses themselves are based on retro pilot frames from the 1970’s with a classic Chanel twist – chains, pearls and even a tweed effect. The images, shot and directed by Chanel head designer Karl Lagerfeld, show the Twilight star becoming a “charming photojournalist, her gaze framed by the new optical eyewear and sunglasses“, a statement from the fashion house explains.
