Oxford Indie rock band Foals seem to be ready to present their new studio album, the long awaited follow-up to the 2013 critically acclaimed Holy Fire. Through their social media, the band have shared a short video of the band performing in a room, with segments of a new song playing in the background. The band’s lead singer Yannis Philippakis was recently quoted saying that recording sessions for the album had started in October 2014, and that the new material will sound “eavier, poppier and weirder” and lyrically inspired by Nick Cave.
