So after a massive week with performing at the GRM Rated Awards, dropping their album Don’t Panic, performing at Stormzy’s chart success celebration #WickedSkengParty and releasing new track “Say It Ain’t That” alongside Heavytrackerz, the Boyz from the 7 have just made history by adding their name on the list of independent urban artists charting the top 40 without major label backing.
South London’s Section Boyz brand new project Don’t Panic debuted in the charts at an impressive #21 on pre-orders alone, managed to reach the incredible position of number 3 on iTunes on the day of release and has now officially landed at number 36 in the UK top 40 album charts in its first week. Pretty amazing right?! Another massive achievement for independent urban artists and hopefully the first of many for #TeamSection.
