Legendary Kansas City rapper Tech N9ne, who has built his independent empire along with Strange Music, the label founded by Tech and Travis O’Guin back in 1999, releases a music video for “Cypher II”, from his recent Strangeulation Vol. II album. The LP is his sixteenth overall, and the sixth in his ‘Collabos’ series. The track doesn’t actually feature a Tech N9ne verse, although it does feature appearances from St. Louis MC Stevie Stone and Kanses duo CES Cru, both of whom are on the Strange roster.
